For example, we collect information when you participate in any interactive features of the Services, fill out a form or survey, participate in promotions or loyalty programs, make a purchase, communicate with us via third party social media sites, request customer support, input payment details into a payment gateway or otherwise communicate with us. Information We Collect From Other Sources 

 

We may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through our Services. When you log into your account through a social media site, we will have access to certain information from that site, such as your name, account information, birthday, education, workplace and friends lists, as well as any other information you made publicly available on such account or agreed to share with us, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such social media site. At all times, we will abide by the terms, conditions and restrictions of the social media site. 

For the avoidance of doubt, if we combine personal information with non-personal information, the combined information will be treated as personal information as long as it remains combined.

How We Use Your Personal Data

Information you provide to us. We use information you provide to us in order to respond to your requests and provide you services. These include creating and securing your account, facilitating your orders, completing transactions, offering you support, presenting special offers and allowing you to participate in promotions and programs. More specifically your personal information serves the following purposes:

• Registration in the webstore: for signing you up we collect contact details such as full name, phone number, email etc. This data is used to communicate order status, send verifications SMS and emails, for marketing purposes such as marketing campaigns and for loyalty programs.

In this Privacy Policy we detail: the categories and sources for the personal information that GoParrot collects about you; GoParrot’s business purpose for collecting that personal information; the categories of third parties with whom we share that personal information; our practices regarding the sharing of your personal information with a third party for a business purpose. 

We collect the following categories of personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA): identifiers, such as a real name, alias, postal address, online identifiers including Internet Protocol address, email address, account name, social security number, driver’s license number, passport number, or other similar identifiers. We collect this from users of our Service, which we provide as a service provider to our customer businesses. We also collect records of purchases placed with a given restaurant or chain.

We share your information with clients and partners as necessary to provide our services. The categories of parties we share your information are: our client restaurants and chains; point of sale service providers and partners such as gateway and transaction solution providers; our delivery partners; marketing and advertising sub-contractors.


We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and other technologies 

We use cookies and other technologies or methods of web and mobile analysis to gather, store, and track certain information related with your access to and activity through the Services, including when you visit our website. 



A "cookie" is a small piece of information that a website assign to your device while you are viewing a website. Cookies are very helpful and may be used for various different purposes. Third party collection of information 

Our Privacy Policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. To the extent that you disclose your information to other parties via the Services (e.g. by clicking on a link to any other website or location) or via other sites throughout the Internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you disclose to them. 



You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the products, services, or descriptions of products or services that you receive from third party sites or to the content or privacy practices of those sites, and that this Privacy Policy does not apply to any such third party products and services. You are knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks of using third party sites to purchase products and services. You agree that we shall have no liability whatsoever with respect to such third party sites and your usage of them. 

Advertising and Analytics Services Provided by Others We may allow others to provide analytics services and serve advertisements on our behalf across the Internet and in applications. These entities may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Services and other websites and applications, including your IP address, web browser, mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages or in apps, links clicked and conversion information. Minors 

 

The Services are not designated to individuals under the age of 16. If you are under 16 years old, you should not use the Services, nor provide any personal information to us. 

We reserve the right to access and verify any personal information collected from you by us. In the event that we become aware that an individual under the age of 16 has shared any information, we will discard such information. Marketing 

We may use your personal information, such as your full name, email address, etc. ourselves or by using our third party subcontractors for the purpose of providing you with promotional materials, concerning our Services. 



Out of respect to your right to privacy we provide you within such marketing materials with means to decline receiving further marketing offers from us.
